Make a Rap Video with AI: A Photo-to-Video Walkthrough (2026)
Make a rap video with AI from a photo: compare templates, prepare portraits, check the credit quote, generate and review your downloadable video.
Open the rap video generator to make a rap video with AI from a photo. Choose a performance template, prepare the requested portraits, sign in, check the current credit quote and submit the generation. Your finished clip appears with the task so you can review it before downloading. This guide covers that photo-to-video workflow, rather than writing lyrics or uploading your own song.
The template matters as much as the portrait. Its preview, photo slots and output settings explain the starting point for your result. A solo scene and a two-person performance ask for different inputs; quality and aspect ratio can also differ. Use the settings shown for your selected template instead of assuming that every preview has the same specification. The homepage FAQ answers common questions before you begin.
1. Compare the performance templates
Start in the template catalog. Play a preview and look at the scene, movement and framing. Read how many people the template expects, then compare the available quality, duration and aspect ratio. These details help you decide whether the scene fits your portrait and the video you intend to make. Buying a credit pack does not make an unavailable template ready to generate.
For a solo performance, inspect the Burning Bridges generator. For a two-person scene, explore AI rap duo templates. Follow the instructions attached to the actual selection. A duo requires separate photographs for its two slots; a single group photograph is not a substitute for those inputs. Keep the selected scene in mind when choosing the source images.
You can also watch the Bulin 47 Rap template preview, a 10-second vertical reference for replacing the central performer. It is currently a preview: photo uploads and paid generation are not open for this template.
2. Prepare a supported portrait
Use an image you are permitted to upload, with the informed permission of the depicted adult for this synthetic video. Do not upload portraits of minors. Choose a clear photograph with the face visible rather than obscured by a hand, sunglasses or a mask. The portrait is a reference for generation; it does not guarantee that the result will preserve every facial detail, item of clothing or movement.
The template uploader accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB. The shortest side must be at least 512 pixels, and the image must not exceed 40 megapixels. Animated WebP is not supported. Check the original file rather than changing its extension: renaming an unsupported file does not change its contents. If the uploader rejects the image, correct the stated format, size or dimension issue before continuing.
Prepare each duo slot separately
For a two-person template, check the labels beside both photo slots and provide a separate adult portrait for each. Confirm that the intended person appears in each preview. Review the images before submitting; do not rely on a filename alone to distinguish them. The template's own input instructions are the reference for how those slots are used.
3. Sign in and review what will be submitted
You can browse previews and select a photo before signing in. Selecting a file prepares a browser draft; submitting generation requires an account. If you reach sign-in from the generator, review your restored image and settings when you return. If the draft is missing or the selected photograph is wrong, choose the correct file again before submitting.
Read the Privacy Policy before sending a portrait. Generation uploads the image and provides the selected AI service access to process the request. This is different from simply viewing a template preview. If the material has confidentiality requirements, contact Help about the intended workflow before submitting it. Do not treat the existence of an account or a media link as a guarantee about every downstream copy.
4. Check the quality and live credit quote
Choose from the quality settings actually available on the selected template. Read the quote, check your balance and confirm that generation is available. The displayed cost belongs to that selection; another scene or quality can use a different amount. If the quote expires, refresh it and review the current amount before proceeding. See pricing, credits and limits for a separate explanation of this step.
Credit packs add a balance to your account; they do not promise a fixed number of videos across all templates. Compare the current offers on Pricing against the task quote. Do not assume that a new attempt is free because you already paid for an earlier generation. Each new generation is a separate task with its own quoted cost.
5. Generate once, then follow the existing task
Confirm your photo permissions and submit when the images, quality and quote are correct. The interface shows the task's processing state. Depending on the workflow, it may show preparation, rendering or a status that is still being checked. Processing does not have a guaranteed completion time. Keep the existing task in view rather than submitting repeated paid attempts because the result has not appeared yet.
You can also find submitted work in My creations. A temporary status-request problem does not by itself establish that generation failed. If the task remains unresolved, use Help with its identifier. The failure troubleshooting guide explains how to distinguish a rejected upload, an uncertain submission, a confirmed failure and a successful result that needs another artistic attempt.
6. Review, download and decide how to use the result
When the task succeeds, play the whole video. Look at the face during motion, clothing, framing and ending; listen to the sound as well. The service does not guarantee an exact likeness or preservation of the original song and voice. A result that looks usable in one still frame can still need review during movement. Check the complete performance before choosing whether to share it.
Use the result's download control to save the MP4. If saving fails, try downloading the existing successful task again before paying for a new generation. Check the saved file in your own player. For a planned post on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, review whether the output frame suits your intended layout; a landscape scene may need editing. The generator does not automatically publish the video to those accounts.
Read the Terms and the sharing FAQ before publishing. Generating a clip does not itself clear every portrait, music, template or other third-party right. Once your portraits and intended scene are ready, choose a template and make your rap video.
