Terms of Service

Effective date: October 25, 2026.

1. Operator and agreement

These terms govern Starwind at https://rapvideoaigen.com, operated by Starwind in Hong Kong SAR. Contact: support@rapvideoaigen.com.

Please review these terms before creating an account, purchasing credits or submitting generation requests. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy describe related rules. Please read these policies together with these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Use accurate account information, protect your password and notify support about unauthorized access. Do not use another person's account or bypass account, payment or security controls.

You are responsible for lawful activity you authorize through your account. These terms do not make you automatically responsible for activity caused by a failure for which we are legally responsible.

3. What the service provides

The service processes an uploaded portrait against an available video template to generate a new video. It can change the foreground person's appearance and clothing; it is more than a face-only replacement tool. The selected model may also generate audio.

Our currently published Burning Bridges video templates are configured to use the Seedance 2.5 AI video model through SeeAPI (model identifier: seedance-2-5). SeeAPI is the configured API service provider; Seedance 2.5 is the generation model. Template availability, providers and models may change; check the current template details before submitting a request.

Check the current template preview, native aspect ratio, available resolution, approximate duration and credit quote before submitting. A concept illustration is not a ready generation template. Buying credits does not unlock an unavailable template or guarantee a particular model remains available.

Outputs are synthetic. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, unchanged background, identical movements, original music or voice, unique content or a fixed completion time. These explanations do not excuse failure to supply the service described at purchase or remove mandatory quality remedies.

4. Your images and permissions

You retain your existing rights in materials you lawfully supply. You must have permission to use the image and the informed authorization of each identifiable adult for the intended synthetic depiction. Do not upload portraits of minors. AI-created characters may be used only where lawful and compatible with model restrictions; an AI-created image does not automatically remove third-party rights.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, transform and transmit your submitted material and resulting files as needed to deliver your request, provide account history, investigate support issues and comply with law. This operational permission does not grant an unrestricted right to advertise with your likeness or train models. Public display and provider processing follow the Privacy Policy.

5. Responsible use

Do not impersonate real people or celebrities, fabricate endorsements, or pass off synthetic depictions as an authentic performance or statement. Use your own adult portrait or the portrait of an adult who has given informed permission.

Do not use the service to upload, generate or share pornography or NSFW content; violence, blood or gore, including graphic injuries, mutilation or torture; hate speech; child sexualization, exploitation, abuse or other child-unsafe content; deceptive synthetic depictions or unauthorized impersonation; or copyright or trademark infringement. Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, privacy or image-rights violations and other unlawful content are also prohibited. Do not upload portraits of minors. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full prohibited-content categories, which apply to both source material and generated outputs.

Do not present a synthetic video as authentic evidence of an event or endorsement that did not occur. Follow the disclosure rules of the platform where you share it. Do not bypass safeguards, tamper with payment or credit records, probe other users' data or overload the service with abusive automation.

We and our providers may reject requests or restrict access where needed for safety, legal compliance or security. Provider rejection does not prove that your image was unlawful; billing corrections and refund rights are reviewed separately.

6. Credits and payment

The current product offers one-time credit packs, not an automatically renewing subscription. The purchase offer and checkout identify the price, currency, number of credits, taxes where applicable and expiry conditions. Current paid packs have a stated 365-day validity, subject to applicable law.

Each task displays its credit cost before submission. Credits are reserved or deducted when a generation is submitted; confirmed failures are handled as described in the Refund Policy. A new generation or retry you choose to submit is a separate task with its own quote. Payment confirmation from the payment provider is required for credit fulfilment; a browser returning from checkout is not sufficient on its own.

Credits are account-bound usage units, not a cash account or transferable currency. This does not exclude approved purchase refunds or legal rights to reimbursement. We will not retrospectively increase the cost of a completed task or silently reduce credits already purchased under an existing offer.

7. Using the results

As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your lawful input materials or additional ownership rights in your output merely because you used the service. You may use outputs personally or commercially only to the extent permitted by applicable law, input permissions, template rights and the relevant model licence.

An output may not qualify for copyright protection, may resemble another output and may involve third-party rights. Purchasing a generation does not itself license an artist's original song, a trademarked character, a performer’s likeness or every element of a reference video. Review outputs and the rights needed for your intended use before publishing.

8. Files, support and account closure

Download results you wish to keep. The service is not a permanent archive, and provider or storage links may become unavailable. Account-history deletion is different from deletion of every stored file; follow the Privacy Policy to request file or account deletion. A paid task with an uncertain provider outcome may need to finish reconciliation before it can be removed.

Contact support@rapvideoaigen.com or use an account support ticket for generation, payment, privacy or rights concerns. A person depicted without permission can report the matter without registering an account.

9. Changes, suspension and ending the service

We may update features or stop offering particular templates. We give appropriate notice of material changes where practicable and required by law. We may temporarily restrict access for suspected abuse, payment issues or security risks and explain the decision where doing so is lawful and safe. You may request review through support.

Account closure or suspension does not automatically erase a statutory refund entitlement. If we permanently discontinue paid generation, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use remaining purchased credits or address the unused paid balance in accordance with applicable law and the purchase terms.

10. Liability and disputes

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections and liability for fraud or other conduct for which exclusion is prohibited. AI variability and third-party dependence do not remove those protections.

The governing law is Hong Kong SAR. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or a competent forum available in their place of residence. Contacting support may help resolve a dispute, but these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an obligation to abandon lawful payment disputes.

Updated terms apply prospectively as stated in the notice. Material changes require the notice or agreement required by law. Orders and accrued rights are not retrospectively reduced by an update.
