Photo permissions

Upload only photos you have permission to use. Every identifiable adult subject must have agreed to the proposed AI video. Confirm that you have the necessary photo rights and the person's permission before generating.

Prohibited content

Do not impersonate real people or celebrities, fabricate endorsements, or pass off synthetic depictions as an authentic performance or statement. Use your own adult portrait or the portrait of an adult who has given informed permission.

Do not upload, request, generate or share any of the following through this service:

• Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence, blood or gore: violent acts, graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, bloody or gory imagery, or content that promotes violence.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes or encourages hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
• Child-unsafe content: sexualization, exploitation, abuse or endangerment of minors. Do not upload portraits of minors, including for otherwise non-sexual requests.
• Deceptive synthetic depictions or impersonation: synthetic depictions without the identifiable person's informed permission, fraudulent impersonation, deceptive identity claims or false endorsements.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, video, music, logos or other material that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights.

Harassment, threats, privacy violations and other unlawful content are also prohibited. These restrictions apply to source material and generated outputs. We and our AI providers may reject prohibited requests or restrict access as described in the Terms of Service.

Template rights

You must have permission to use any video, music or performance you supply. Available templates must also have permission to use their reference material. Concept artwork illustrates a scene idea; it does not demonstrate a generated result or provide a ready video template.

Sharing results

Review the video before publishing. AI can change likeness, clothing, gestures and other details. Do not represent synthetic video as evidence of an event that did not occur.

Reports

Report an abusive or infringing result to Starwind in Hong Kong at support@rapvideoaigen.com or through an account support ticket. Include the relevant link, or the template name and creation time, and describe the concern. Add a task ID if you have one. You can report unauthorized use of your likeness without an account.
