Generation and payment questions
Use Help or the support email displayed below. Include the template, creation time and task identifier for a video question. For a purchase question, include your account email and order identifier. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or security codes.
Signed-in users can also use the account support-ticket feature when it is available in their account. Check the existing task before submitting another separately quoted generation.
Privacy, deletion and rights concerns
Follow the contact instructions in Privacy to request file or account deletion. Identify the affected account or creation; removing a creation from history does not establish deletion of every stored or provider copy.
Someone depicted without permission can report the matter without registering an account. See Terms and Acceptable Use for portrait and content requirements.
