Can existing users use BLACKFRIDAY? How many times?
Yes. New and existing users can claim BLACKFRIDAY once per account on one eligible purchase. A refund does not restore the code.
Do bonus credits expire?
Yes. Bonus credits expire on the same date as the purchased credits: 365 days from the base credit grant. Check the expiry date in your credit history.
How do refunds work for packs bought with bonus credits?
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after payment if none of the order’s base or bonus credits has been used for a successfully delivered generation. Pending tasks are settled first. On an approved full refund, both base and bonus credits are removed. A refund does not restore your use of BLACKFRIDAY. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
How many videos can I make with the Max pack?
